【About inside the salon】

Since our salon offers treatment in a room in our home,

・We have cats, Please refrain from visiting
   if you are allergic to cats
・Coming with friends is not allowed
・Shoes strictly prohibited inside
・Access to the bathroom sink is not allowed
   as we are separated from the private area and salon area
 (Only toilet is allowed)

※ We will give you wet towels for hands after using the toilet.



【Note the following when you come】

・Don't apply nail oil or hand cream before coming.
   The gel will be repelled by the oil content
   and the gel will not last longer.

・Please remove nail polish and nail strengthener at home
   before coming.
   If you come with nail polish,
   we will charge you a removal fee of €5.



【About Late】

〇If you will be late for your appointment,
   please be sure to contact us in advance.

〇If you are more than 15 minutes late,
   we may not be able to make your request.

〇If you are late for more than 15 minutes
  without notice, your appointment will be cancelled.

※Cancellation fee will be charged



【About Cancellation】

Appointment is required for a person per day.

We have a waiting list, so please contact us
as soon as possible if you need to cancel it.

The following fees will be charged for treatment cancellations.


🔵on the day before: 50%
🔴on the day: 100%

✳️Clients who cancel without prior notice
   will not be allowed to make any further appointments.

Green Nail Syndrome

【Gel Reapplication Cycle】


In accordance with the regulations of the JNA (Japan Nailist Association),
as a Japanese nail salon hygiene manager,
our salon has set a recommended gel reapplication cycle of within 3-4 weeks to prevent Green Nail Syndrome.


If you have appointments scheduled beyond the recommended maximum reapplication cycle of 4 weeks and have developed green nail syndrome, 

gel application will not be allowed and all gel will be removed.

In such cases,
a flat fee of *€60 will be charged
for the cancellation of the appointment,
removal fee, and the disposal of the equipment used in the removal.


-Removal only appointment
  and green nail syndrome development-
・Removal from our salon: €30
・Removal from another salon: €45-55
