| How many parts are allowed in each plan? |
| ●All plans except one-color ● Up to 1 stone or pearl on each finger without design ※Art using only parts will be counted as the number of designs. （Including glitter, powder, film, hologram, etc.） |
| What are the designs and colors that take time? |
| ●If it's french, ombre, 3D art, 3D charms, using many colors, fine lines, pastel and white color as a base, it will take more time than expected. |
| Can I have gel removed from other salons? |
| ●Only shellac and soft gel are allowed ※Hard gel and acrylic not allowed |
| Can you perform and remove nail polish and acrylic? |
| ●We only offer soft gel nails. We don't accept the removal of nail polish or acrylics, or the application of gel while maintaining acrylics that have been applied at other salon. |
| Can you make the exact same result as the design I want (from another nail salon)? |
| ●We are sorry, but due to different practitioners and different gel manufacturers, We cannot make your nails exactly the same results as other nail salons, but we will try to make an atmosphere similar to the design and color you want. |
| I don't like the design, can you fix it for free? |
| ●Design modifications during the treatment (before UV/LED curing) will be accepted as much as possible, but after the treatment (after UV/LED curing), modifications will be charged. Please check our price list |
| I'm under 18 years old, can I have my nails done? |
| 【Under 15 years old】 In order to avoid nail and skin problems associated with the growth period, we do not allow it 【16 to 18 years old】 ●We will make a decision after checking the health condition of your nails ●We will ask you to come for a pre-consultation. If the nails are too soft or too short, we will not be able to perform the treatment. ※No length extension is allowed |
| I would like to have anime face nails |
| ● Anime face nails are limited to 2 clients per month, as they are all done by hand-drawn. Please make appointments and inquiries as soon as possible, as there will be counseling and size measurements |
| I would like to lengthen my nails. |
| ●Our salon uses polygel for lengthening. 【Appointments made at 9:00 on Fridays or Saturdays】 ・Basically we cannot accept lengthening ・Depending on the design, we may be able to accept it ※Please be sure to contact us in advance ※If you need lengthening, please make an appointment on weekdays or at 14:00 of Fridays/Saturdays |
| How long does the gel last? |
| ●Around 3 to 4 weeks ●Those with short nails that can not allow gel to be applied to the tips or those with soft nails have a tendency for gel to peel off easily. |
| The gel on my tip often chips, why? |
| ●If you have soft and thin nails, peeling/brittle nails, use your fingertips a lot, do a lot of water work, or have too short nails, you are more likely to chip the gel on the tips. |
| Is there any compensation in case the gel lifts or chips? |
| ●During the first week after the treatment, only fingers with lifted or chipped gel will be repaired free of charge, but not if the gel is damaged by yourself (bumped somewhere, removed by yourself, etc) Please check the price list for a fee after a week. ※Gel damage on the tip will be repaired for a fee even during the free repair period. |
| What are the business days and hours? |
| ●Closed on Thursdays and Sundays ●Mondays to Wednesdays: 1 slot from 10:00 or 13:00 ●Fridays and Saturdays: 2 slots from 9:00 and 14:00 If you would like only gel removal, please feel free to contact me regardless of the available date. |
| How long is the refer a friend offer valid? |
| The refer a friend offer ends in December 2023 |
| Can I come with my child/children? |
| We are sorry, but since there is no waiting room or space for children to play and we handle drugs that are dengerous for them, so we can't allow them in the salon. |
| Can I have a pedicure? |
| We will not be able to accept appointment for pedicure from January 2024. We will announce on our website and Instagram when we are ready to resume. |
